How does it work?
Smart Lipo is performed under a local anesthetic; a 1mm laser is then inserted through the skin. The laser is heated to 45 degrees centigrade where the laser melts the membranes of each fat cell causing them to break down. The liquid fat is then naturally dispersed by the body over the next five to six weeks whilst your skin tightens naturally at the same time due to the stimulation of new collagen giving it a finer aesthetic definition.
How effective is Smart Lipo?
Smart Lipo is a very effective treatment with visible results noticeable after two weeks when the compression garment placed over the treatment area is removed. Reduction in fat volume will occur over the next 10 - 12 weeks as well as skin tightening due to the stimulation of new collagen. Maintenance of new body contours defined by tight vibrant skin requires a healthy diet and lifestyle.
How much does it cost?
Not as much as Liposuction. The exact cost will depend on the extent of the treatment which will be discussed in your first Consultation with one of our Doctors.
Initial Consultation
Your initial consultation will be with one of our team of five doctors, who have experience in Smart Lipo procedures and hold Full GMC certification, and should last for 45 minutes to one hour.
Your initial consultation will cost £ 50.00 which is then deducted from your Smart Lipo treatment.
